The Kegley Institute of Ethics is happy to co-sponsor the visit and lecture of Dr. Sandra C. Mendiola Garcia. Dr. Mendiola Garcia's lecture is titled "Street Democracy: Vendors, Violence, and Public Space in Late 20th Century Mexico" and will focus on the political lives and economic significance of radical street vendors during the 1970s and 1980s in Puebla, Mexico.
