Passwords
If you are a student and need a password reset for your account on a department server or service, please send an email from your @csub.edu email to sysadmin@cs.csub.edu. Include your name, the server and/or service, and your username.
Backups
Have you accidentally deleted or overwritten something in your home folder? It happens! If the lost file existed at least 24 hours ago, it is usually possible to restore an older version from nightly backups. However, we cannot undelete a file that you just created if it didn't get backed up overnight. If you need help restoring a file, please send an email to sysadmin@cs.csub.edu. Include your name, the server that hosted the file, your username, and the path to the file or folder that was lost.
